Fall Apron Swap

BUTTER MILK PIE

2 Eggs 1/2 Stick Melted Butter
3/4 C Buttermilk 1/2 C Sugar
1 T Vanilla 2 T Flour
1 Uncooked Deep Dish Pie Shell

Combine eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, sugar mix 1 minute med speed. add melted butter and flour, mix 2 more minutes.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. check by inserting knife into middle if comes out clean then done.. if not done check every five minutes.
